Our SF is an economical Friction Feeder, great for start/stop or streaming applications. Equipped with serialization software, the CartonTrac SF series Serialization Friction Feeder can feed, print and serialize flat materials and products for efficient track and trace capabilities.
Load the hopper with the required products and press the run button. As products are being dispensed singly from the hopper, the integrated print system prints the required serialization coding. The integrated camera vision system takes a picture of the print and the serialization software saves the images and printed codes for efficient track and trace.
This is a robust, mobile solution with an extremely small footprint designed to be used as a standalone serialization coding system. Measuring 36 inches long by 30 inches wide, the CartonTrac SF Serialization Friction Feeder includes a TIJ or laser printer, camera vision inspection system and serialization software; print serialization codes on flat cartons, bags and leaflets to add track and trace information, date/lot codes, UDI codes, Matrix codes and more. It's a perfect fit to pre-serialize flat cartons, bags and leaflets, ensuring accuracy of track and trace of products.
