HSF Friction Feeder
Our HSF servo motor Friction Feeder is a versatile, robust feeder manufactured in North America.
The HSF series is available in width up to 28 inches wide to meet a wide variety of application. Models available are based on widths and include the HSF 8, HSF 12, HSF 16, HSF 20, HSF 24 & HSF 28. We can integrate an optional Pineberry Autoloader to automatically load the HSF Friction Feeder with products and flat media.
SF Friction Feeder
The SF series is available in widths up to 20 inches (508 mm) and serves product assembly lines, bindery equipment, automated packaging systems, collation systems, printing machinery, and material handling lines. PF 12 Pile Feeder

SF Serialization Friction Feeder
Our SF is an economical Friction Feeder, great for start/stop or streaming applications. Equipped with serialization software, the CartonTrac SF series Serialization Friction Feeder can feed, print and serialize flat materials and products for efficient track and trace capabilities.
Load the hopper with the required products and press the run button. As products are being dispensed singly from the hopper, the integrated print system prints the required serialization coding. The integrated camera vision system takes a picture of the print and the serialization software saves the images and printed codes for efficient track and trace.
This is a robust, mobile solution with an extremely small footprint designed to be used as a standalone serialization coding system. Measuring 36 inches long by 30 inches wide, the CartonTrac SF Serialization Friction Feeder includes a TIJ or laser printer, camera vision inspection system and serialization software; print serialization codes on flat cartons, bags and leaflets to add track and trace information, date/lot codes, UDI codes, Matrix codes and more. It’s a perfect fit to pre-serialize flat cartons, bags and leaflets, ensuring accuracy of track and trace of products.
